Detailed Recruitment Steps

1. Obtain recruitment permission from the concerned government agencies.

2. Advertise vacancies in leading daily newspapers (if required) to attract qualified candidates.

3. Collect and review applications submitted by interested applicants.

4. Conduct primary selection by our expert recruitment team.

5. Arrange final interview to be conducted by the employer’s representatives.

6. Assist selected candidates in obtaining or renewing their passports.

7. Arrange medical examinations at approved medical centers.

8. Obtain police clearance certificates for all selected candidates.

9. Collect medical fitness certificates, photographs, and other necessary documents.

10. Process visa stamping through the respective embassy.

11. Secure emigration clearance from relevant government authorities.

12. Organize travel arrangements, including airline ticket booking and seat confirmation.

13. Maintain regular communication with the employer, updating on recruitment progress.

14. Provide airport assistance to ensure smooth departure and boarding.
